By accessing the BlockFall Labs website or engaging with any of our interactive software—including web-based mini-games and closed beta testing clients—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our site and services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, game mechanics, visual assets, audio effects, and branding are the exclusive property of BlockFall Labs. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The core "falling blocks" puzzle algorithms and grid logic.
  • Character avatars, background environments, and UI design elements.
  • Custom audio tracks, sound effects, and musical compositions.
  • Source code, proprietary testing methodologies, and release candidate versions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any portion of our software or website assets without prior written consent from BlockFall Labs.

3. Game Testing & User Conduct

As part of our development lifecycle, BlockFall Labs occasionally opens public and private testing phases for our arcade puzzle projects. When granted access to pre-release software, you agree to use this access solely for personal gameplay and constructive feedback. Modifying the game client, exploiting bugs for leaderboard advantages, or sharing confidential pre-release materials (such as unannounced game modes or new block physics rules) is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate ban from all future testing phases.

4. Warranty Information

Our website, promotional mini-games, and pre-release testing builds are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BlockFall Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted gameplay, error-free code execution, perfect difficulty balancing, or full cross-device compatibility during the ongoing development timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BlockFall Labs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or within our games, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Updates to These Terms

BlockFall Labs reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time as our update strategy evolves and new features are released. By using this website and our games, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms & Conditions.
